BabelBridge
Utilising the leading edge Helix engine, BabelBridge offers exporters and freight forwarders the ability to send Shipping Instructions (SIs) electronically to all shipping lines, freight forwarders, brokers and any other interested parties. Electronic SI receipts are supported and electronic bookings will be available in early 2007.

Shipping Lines / Agencies
If you receive SIs and currently pay documentation staff to key them in, our simple integration process can get you online and streamline your processes in record time. Use our preferred format, or provide your own and we will send the SI data in the format your system requires. BabelBridge caters for all electronic messaging formats including XML, all EDI formats, text etc.
BabelBridge also caters for Load Discharge and Container Movement messages and additional messages may be added as required.
Freight Forwarders
Forget the grainy faxed FIs, forget opening and printing emailed FIs, BabelPilot provides a simple data entry program for your exporter clients to submit SIs directly to your system and the shipping line (optional), streamlining the SI submission process whilst maintaining your current relationship model.
Working with your software provider, Bryn can provide integration services to receive SIs into and send SIs out from your software from all exporters to all shipping lines, ensuring maximum efficiency with reduced data entry and associated errors.

Exporters
Electronic shipping instructions / forwarding instructions (SIs) are now available to all exporters with no connection fees or ongoing charges*.
Integration with leading export documentation and freight forwarder software packages and a free desktop application for those without supporting systems means that even the smallest exporter has access to the benefits of electronic SIs. For export documentation not listed on our Partners (link) page we provide connectivity through our “plug-in” programs.
