Our GapSnap service is an independent review of your IT systems. It provides a snapshot of your current IT capabilities, and measures these against your business requirements.
By conducting a gap analysis between your capabilities and requirements, we are able to provide recommendations on how to best leverage your IT systems to meet your business objectives.
Scope and Terms of Reference
During our initial consultations we identify your business objectives and determine the scope of the review to be conducted. This may be limited to a single IT system (eg. Accounting or Distribution), business unit, or geographic site. Conversely, you may wish to conduct a 'whole of business' review.
